DODGE RAM SUSPENSION: CARLI SUSPENSION SHOCK OPTIONS

The brain behind the Dodge Ram Suspension system is the shock internals. This is what controls the vehicle while in motion. Hydraulic, velocity sensitive, compression and rebound dampening. Shown here is a King 2.5 shock, minus the shim stack. Heat-treated valve shims control the flow of fluid through the piston and by varying the sizes, both in thickness and diameter, you can render variable dampening. This is where Dodge Ram Suspension systems are tuned... changing a single shim by a thousandths of an inch can be felt in the driver's seat. This is the difference between purchasing a shock from any other company and purchasing a shock for a Dodge Ram from Carli Suspension. Each brand and size of the shocks offered are customized to fit our suspension system specifications and are tuned for ride quality and off-road performance for the Dodge Ram 2500/3500 line of trucks.

Bilstein Shocks

Bilstein has been instrumental with the R&D at Carli Suspension and tuning the line of Dodge Ram H.D. suspension systems simply because they do things differently. As knowledge accumulates and testing continues, everything gets better. The most recent update was the addition of the Bilstein 9100 2.65 external reservoir racing shock as well as several steering stabilizer configurations. Custom Bilstein shocks are available for the Dodge Ram only through Carli Suspension. Our products and tune are Bilstein part numbers and the performance of these was developed right here at the shop.

Each of the Bilstein products have a custom valve shim profile and are tuned to work with our spring rates, travel specifications and component fitments. These are only available through Carli Suspension, Inc and our family of distributors.
